Core Studio Byron Bay

I am super excited to announce that I am starting to teach Pilates at Core Studio in the Arts and Industrial Estate in Byron bay from Monday 9th October 2017. Initially I will be teaching Studio ( with equipment such as Reformers, Cadillacs, Foam Rollers etc ) but will be teaching Mat and Reformer classes in the future too!

Spaces available will be every Monday 11am, 12pm and 1pm.

I have had a 7 month break with the birth of my boy Tully & this experience only solidified my love for teaching & sharing the Pilates Method.
