Drink 2 c warm water ( prepared the night earlier )
Stretch
Meditate
Give thanks - gratitude

⭐️♥️ I’ve been doing this for years now w the love & guidance of @heart_space_nz & now @nataliemartinot
It’s working & I am continually grateful, learning never stops ♥️ I would encourage you to consider your awaking routine & maybe implement something nice to help you start your day on a good foot, so to speak - it doesn’t have to be huge it can just be one small thing like a couple of deep breaths, we have to all start somewhere 🤙🏼

Monday Mat Class - I have such admiration for these amazing ladies that have been practising Pilates for 10 + years, having been gifted to me 6 yrs ago we maintain at least one class a week, some of them two.
My focus is on functional movement & strength & mobility. Also every class we balance on one leg, they are amazing & I feel lucky to teach them. After every class is a coffee & chat ♥️ connection & communication is a huge part of health & well being. Every Monday 8.45am Byron Bay.

Today I embark on something I have wanted to do for a long time - learn the art of Vedic meditation ♥️ since starting my journey in Ayurveda I started trying to meditate, something I am drawn to more & more. This is such a challenging exercise to even balance on the ball, attempting this makes me realise how easy things look on social media and how in reality they are difficult, do what you can with what you have. Stay motivated & keep practicing, I sure am - my goal it to add arms & opposite arms & leg ( quadruped )
