Wahine on Waves has teamed up with One Ocean International to bring you a unique camp this coming December! Over 3 days we will take you through a combination of our skills! I will share with you Pilates and the numerous benefits this practice has for your over all health, mind body and wellbeing! Joe Knight from One Ocean International will take you through a Water(wo)man-ship training where you will learn skills to increase your confidence and breath hold capacity in and under the water! This course is a new age approach to being a better water person! By being educated and having solid training techniques you will have increased knowledge and understanding in the ocean environment, not to mention more power and control in your body!
