Thanks for your interest in our May 30 Day Pilates Challenge. If you join the Challenge, we know you’ll achieve great results -overall body strength, tone, flexibility and improved posture.
Here’s a brief outline of how the month will run:
Tuesday 26th April Intro night 6.30-8 pm.
We’ll be introducing our instructors, explaining how the challenge will run, take individual measurements and of course meeting each other and socialising!
From Monday 2nd May-27 May 4 Classes per week
Mon 6am Cardio/Mat Class
Tues 6am Reformer Class
Weds 6am Cardio/Mat Class
Thurs 6am Reformer Class
The above classes will be specifically for Challenge clients focusing on building strength slowly over the month from beginner to Intermediate by the end of the month but if you can’t make the above class times, we have another 14 classes per week to choose from on the timetable! Ideally you would choose beginner/All levels classes and work at level 1 at least at the beginning. In our All levels classes we cater for beginners to advanced and modify exercises accordingly. Class times vary from 8.15am till 7pm. Mon/weds/thurs/fri.
We’re planning on having an education session once/week on Tuesday evenings. We have an experienced Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist who will be giving half hour presentations followed by question time.
