Summer is always such an exciting time of year, Santa is coming and holidays are too! It’s a great time to really think about your self care routines and how you are looking after yourself inside and out! What are your goals for 2015, what was awesome about 2014? Taking some time in this busy period to have that internal conversation with yourself! Take time to breathe and remember whats important to YOU! Gratitude is the attitude, what are you grateful for!

I am grateful for my health, my loving family, friends and opportunities that are coming my way! I am grateful for my freedom, fresh air and an abundance of good food! I am grateful for change and learning more about myself daily through challenges that are always coming!

I am grateful for my love of board sports, surfing and snowboarding, being in nature and enjoying the ride!

It was such a privilege to teach a few Pilates Mat It was such a privilege to teach a few Pilates Mat classes for the incredible Kate James recent retreat in Byron Bay. A beautiful location for a lovely group of woman that came on a 5 day wellness retreat led by Kate. Kates work spans a few decades & she is most respected for her dedication to meditation & helping others through her coaching business @total_balance 
To be invited to teach was such a lovely gesture for me, I have been meditating daily for over a year now & its truly made such a difference to my life, so to be aligned with such a kind person as Kate & help her help others was a real career high. A-lot of my work is helping people gain a greater understanding of their bodies & also minds. Pilates is a great was to gain access to these parts of ourselves. 
Check out Kates work she is amazing & has a few books also.
@sangsurya_retreat_centre was the tranquil location.
Kate will be back next year & I look forward to joining her & her guests again for more Mat classes.

I use varying equipment & teach with a range of props & help people with lots of different things going on. It’s so fun & interesting, i love my job.

Before I Teach on a Weds I try to get a walk in, g Before I Teach on a Weds I try to get a walk in, getting to bed early, setting my alarm early & also being organised the evening before is a mission, lunches made, all things packed & ready for the day ahead, pilates gear, lessons planned, son organised, but it is totally worth it when greeted with a spectacular day like this, and I even saw a koala. Start the day right takes some planning but its worth it, set yourself up for a great day, set your alarm & do something for your health ♥️

I ♥️ it when Az comes to Pilates. Sometimes F I ♥️ it when Az comes to Pilates. 
Sometimes Family & friends are the hardest to get going & realise the importance of looking after our moving parts, I find around 40ish yrs things start to get creaky & maybe not function as they did before. Looking after your body & function is paramount to keeping in tip top shape & getting double tight squeeze hugs, if you read this far you can get one too ok, even if you didn’t come yet. ♥️🌈🤸🏾‍♀️
